First of the 3 promised recipes (cut for those uninterested)
You need:
1 Kilbasa
2 lg. or 4 medium baking potatoes
1 stick of butter or marg.
1 lg. yellow onion.
Put the potatoes in the microwave, cook them as though you were going to eat them as baked potatoes.
Sliver the onion and put it in a pan with 1/2 the stick of butter, cook slowly to a brown. Cut the sausage in one inch hunks and add to the cooked onions. Take the hot potatoes and cut them into large cubes and add them last. Put in the second 1/2 stick of butter. When the mash-y potato crumbles start to brown take off the heat and let them set for about 5 minutes. Serve.
