(no subject)

Is it just me, or is trying to watch a TV show online a bit like watching radio? There was a screw up in our cable and about 15 minutes of "The Mentalist" was supplanted by news from our local Fox affiliate. So I thought, "Hey, I'll just watch it online." When I could finally track it down (CBS.com doesn't show full episodes of that show.) It was so dark I could only make out flashlights and bright color graphic. The day time scenes looked like night shots that were trying to portray "The power went out!" stuff. I was disconcerting.
