While sitting here, reading "The X-Men" (an early edition that I could never afford were it not in the DVD collection) and languishing in the joy of spending time with my daughter and grandchildren earlier today, I am forced to say, things have been worse. With so much merde having been lived through, and so much pain being dealt with (Thank you oxycodone) I am a grateful man. Now all in the world I really want is for my wife to come through her upcoming surgery without incident. No person on this planet deserves good times more than she. You all know her. She has a good thought for everyone, she is the first to pitch in and help. She is the person we all hoped we could be at some time in our life. So, if everyone could turn just a bit of their mental energy for the next couple of weeks to my beloved lady, I would greatly thank you all. My life is good, but only because she is in it.
