Imagine all the people

I was listening to John Lennon's "Imagine" this morning, because I needed it. We have to have hope most of all when things seem hopeless. Believe that things can get better and they can. Nothing can happen if no one thinks they can. People feared breaking the sound barrier and thus found scientific reasons why it was impossible. There were those who espoused the idea that solid matter could not retain its solid form at that speed. Until someone did it, then everyone found reasons why you could travel at that speed. I have hope because it is the gift we are given to move through the most impossible times. I will dream because tomorrow lives in dreams and that is where I would rather live.
