42. The Magnificent Seven
At a time when there were NO westerns on TV, this one had the cajones to use the title from one of the best and most well known westerns ever. It is not as good as that film. Neither is it epic. But it has characters that remind one of the classic TV westerns (I am a freak about Warner Brothers TV westerns from when I was a kid, "Maverick," "Lawman," "Cheyenne," "Sugarfoot" and the like) and therefore deserves at least a look.
43. Fractured Flickers
Take silent classics, then take the people who wrote and performed "Rocky & Bullwinkle" the chance to write new words to come out of the mouths of the actors. Some silent movie fans were insulted. I was highly amused (and I am also a fan of those films) Make your own choice.

But don't dare miss the Hunchback of Notre Dame trying out for the cheer-leading squad!
